00:00We have shown the land, the state land, but it is not in anyone's control.
00:15They say that we should be given such a place so that we can walk.
00:20We have issues with 5-6 roads, which have been in operation for the past 5 years.
00:40If you look at the past 10 years, there has not been a week when we have not been in the constituency for 3 days.
00:45We have less time than you, that is why we do not meet you.
00:48This is the system of our public court.
00:51It used to be that the government used to put it up to the district level.
00:58We have started taking it down.
01:00We have another one in Ramban.
01:02After this, we are going to the block in Katunga and Udhavpur.
01:07There are issues even below the district level, where there are videos.
01:12There are such issues below that all the spots that have a public court.
01:17People also feel a kind of satisfaction that we got a chance to talk face to face.
01:23And there are some stopped works that are also paid for.
01:28I am happy that in the past 10 years, a lot of stopped work has been done in this whole area.
01:35It takes 2 hours to reach here from Jammu.
01:38There was a time when the whole day used to pass.
01:40The bus used to stop on the way 4-5 times.
01:42The elderly and the sick used to get worried.
01:46Today, the longest tunnel in Kishore, the biggest tunnel, which was named after Sama Prasad Bukharji,
01:55was inaugurated by Modi ji himself.
01:58It was also made possible in these 10 years.
02:01And this is the same road where Sama Prasad Bukharji was arrested in Udhavpur and taken to Srinagar by a jeep.
02:10This is the same road.
02:12So this project that has been made here is a great project of the whole of Asia.
02:20When the name of Sama Prasad is added to it,
02:23then the children of the next generation also get a chance to learn
02:26who were these people who were named after him.
02:31Apart from this, the Mehtra Bridge,
02:33apart from this, a whole series of tunnels have been built,
02:37from Degree College to Udharal.
02:40And because we believe that the times have changed,
02:45the map of India has also changed since the arrival of Modi ji.
02:49Today's India is no longer the same as it was 10-15 years ago.
02:53Today it has become a global presence.
02:56The world is looking at it with great hope.
03:01And we want that the children of our country,
03:03this is a remote area, which may not have received the same attention from the previous governments,
03:07which had this dignity.
03:09And the people here were also very innocent.
03:12They were also simple.
03:14After every 5 years, they used to vote,
03:17but they were never worried about their condition,
03:20nor has their condition ever changed.
03:23Today, in this age of the internet, technology has become very strong.
03:28Every child has the same facilities as in a big city.
03:31And that is why we want that the children of this country,
03:35and the children of other countries,
03:37should not be disadvantaged in any way.
03:39And with the same intention,
03:41all this work is being done.
03:43And this public court is also for this.
03:45You must have seen,
03:47maybe you can ask the journalists of the previous generation.
03:51DC was never visited.
03:53It was very difficult to visit DC.
03:55Today, DC is sitting in the middle of you.
03:57MP, MLA, Chairperson, all are sitting in the middle of you.
04:00So, this change that has come,
04:02which is a citizen-centric governance,
04:05because I also have a relationship with the government, DOPT.
04:08We have started a mission.
04:10Now, we are taking it to the next level,
04:13towards the governance of the village.
04:15That is, the good best practices of the administration,
04:19which are related to a state level or a district level,
04:24should be taken down.
04:26Because the representatives chosen from below,
04:29when their work will also have the same kind of efficiency,
04:33as it is at the state level,
04:35then only they will stand in the last line,
04:38will be able to make a change in the life of the last person.
