00:15Both teams have been pretty strong against the number, but right now we've already discussed
00:20the Rams at length for today's show.
00:23They've got that momentum.
00:25They've got the hot hand, and they're going to be a tough out in this one.
00:29And listen, McVay is not a coach that you want to bet against in December.
00:35He is 15-2 against the number in his last 17 December games.
00:40He's 25-10-1 against the number all time in December games, 13-6, by the way, on the road.
00:49Not to mention, this is one of the hottest teams in the NFL right now, and they can do
00:53it whether they've got to score 30 points or they can score 15 points.
00:58Whatever it is, they should be able to get it done here, I think.
01:03And they're also 12-4-1 against the number over the last eight years versus Arizona.
01:08They're 10-2-1 versus them as a favorite.
01:11Every trend and everything points to yet another Kyla Murray December fall off a cliff.
01:19He has an entire career.
01:22He's 9-18 straight up in December and January in his career.
01:27That is not a quarterback I want to back.
01:29I want to back Stafford and the coach.
01:31And I'm shocked you can still get this under a touchdown because I think the Rams are going
01:37to roll Arizona in this one.
01:40And what is the weakness?
01:41You know, we'll get to the Cardinals and their struggles throughout the year, but what would
01:45be the weakness here for the Rams, Joe?
01:48They've got the momentum.
01:49They've got the quarterback.
01:50They've got the run game with Kyron Williams.
01:52He's been fantastic again.
01:54You've got Pukka.
01:55You've got Cooper.
01:56You've got the offense.
01:57The offense is coming back with full health.
01:58And on the defensive side, there are question marks, a couple of, you know, young faces
02:02in new places, but they've suddenly stepped up as well.
02:05So the D-line is looking strong for you on the Rams.
02:09Maybe they get past the Cardinals.
02:10They get into the playoffs.
02:11But what would be that vulnerability coming into a little playoff football?
02:17It's certainly going to be, it's always going to be the defensive side, although the defense
02:20has certainly played better.
02:22I mean, what would that defense be if they actually have Aaron Donald still on the field?
02:28Might be an interesting, might've been an interesting twist there.
02:32But the reality is a lot of young faces, they rebuilt it.
02:35They've done a great job.
02:36I'm all about watching teams and that side of the ball, especially younger, get better
02:43as the season progresses, not get worse.
02:46And we've seen this Arizona defense get worse.
02:50We've seen this Rams defense get better.
02:52So I think if they're, if they're going to get caught, they're going to get caught because
02:57the defense falls apart and Stafford just is not able to bring them back.
03:02But the interesting thing is the experience factor with the coach and the quarterback
03:08and the weapons they have, even if they go down a couple of scores in any game, Dubs,
03:13because of the defense, that offense is more than capable of making up for it.
03:16So the offense is going to have to carry them.
03:19I think when the defense does it.
03:22Notable Rams Saturday props, you can find it.
03:25The FD Sportsbook, Matty Stafford at 232 passing yards, Kyron Williams, 90 and a half rushing
03:31yards.
03:32The running back for the Rams has been absolutely fantastic.
03:36Again this year, Puka Nakua, 86 and a half certainly looks to be that top target and
03:40Cooper Cup, 47 and a half receiving yards.
03:43It's true.
03:44It's tough trying to pick your poison when you see some of those player props, Joe, because
03:47we correlate it with a lot of points on Saturday afternoon for this game.
03:52Who's the player that stands out for you?
03:54Is it all about Matty Stafford or if they get off to that fast start, could they lean
03:58on that run game to get Kyron over 90 rushing yards?
04:02Well, there's a reason why Kyron is at 90 and a half.
04:06It's because Arizona's defense can't stop a nosebleed on the ground.
04:10So this would not shock me in the least bit here watching Kyron Williams go off.
04:17I think that it's a tougher matchup for Cooper Cup in this one, certainly than Puka Nakua.
04:24But over the past couple of games, you've also seen it looks like defenses have picked
04:30their poison here.
04:31Cup has been what, six targets, just 24 receiving yards in the last two games for Cooper Cup.
04:38Even in the first matchup against Arizona with I believe Baker covering them, the Rams
04:44were behind in that game throughout until they came back and won it.
04:47But Cup only had 37 receiving yards in that game.
04:50So I do think that I'd be looking to fade Cooper Cup in this spot.
04:55I'd be looking to back Kyron Williams because as far as I'm concerned, they are not going
05:00to stop anybody.
05:01They've given up nearly six yards of carry over the last three games, this Arizona defense.
05:06If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
05:08Just hand it off to Kyron and let him run wild here on this Arizona defense.
