00:38then they took me on permanently but that was as a data collector. I then moved on to the plant
00:44department which was based at Tyburn Road in Birmingham. Then I came to Park Lane when it
00:49reopened in 1990, was it? 1993 I think. As a traffic clerk I've passed my PCV, bus driving test
01:00in September 90, what did I say I passed it? 96. 96 yeah and I became a driver in 97 and that's what
01:11I've done ever since. Mainly on the, I've done most routes but in the last sort of 15 issues
01:16I've been on the Dudley 558, now the number one so that's where most people would recognise me from.
01:24She worked in the office giving me jobs, jobs on the road. Got to boss him about then as well.
01:30Oh brilliant. And what are your plans from here on out? Lots of holidays, I want to do some cruises,
01:38yeah we want to do Alaska, we've got family in Canada so we can tie it all in together
01:44and just do lots of things together. Yeah the kids are all grown up so.
01:52It's just like you say it's time to do, I know I'm lucky to be able to retire at my age
01:58and yeah it'd just be nice to do a bit travelling before we get too old and we don't want to and
02:04to pipe and slip us there. Yeah well we can do things yeah we want to do them.
