00:33There was a commotion on the National Highway in Barangay Bulina, Carcar, Cebu.

00:37After an accident, a Multicab was hit on Christmas Day.

00:41The driver was out of control.

00:45The Multicab went to the other lane, hit the side of the road and was hit by a car.

00:5118 people were injured in the incident, mostly in the Cargo bed of the Multicab.

00:56The driver is still being investigated for being out of control.

01:00The victims have yet to be notified if they will file a complaint.

01:07A man was arrested in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu after firing a gun on Christmas Day.

01:14The man admitted that he was drinking while firing a gun while on duty.

01:22Before I went to school, I was drinking.

01:26The two unlicensed guns were taken from him.

01:29But the barangay officer insisted that he was the one who left one of the guns of a guard to be cleaned.

01:36He apologized for what he did.

01:39According to the authorities, no one was hit in the incident of indiscriminate firing.

01:44The City Prosecutor is investigating the complaint filed against the man.

01:52A woman resident in Barangay Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City, was rushed to the hospital after being hit by a car.

02:10The woman's living partner, the victim, did not respond.

02:16This is one of the main reasons why the car was hit.

02:23The suspect who was being searched by the police immediately ran away.

02:27The woman victim is now out of the hospital.

02:30The police are waiting for her to file a formal complaint against the suspect.
