00:09We're being professional bodyboarders.

00:10There's a group of women playing in the surf with their bodyboards, we turn up every Friday

00:11morning at 8 and this is what we do.

00:12And what do you guys love about it?

00:14Just the camaraderie, just getting out, having a swim, meeting new people and so many of

00:15them just are down here because it's just something they've just hanged for on this

00:16Friday.

00:44It's special because if you turn up every Friday, you'll know there's a group of bodyboarders

00:48here and that doesn't cost you anything.

00:51Everybody's very welcoming, there's a library if you need it, you don't need to be a granny,

00:55there's just a great group of people.
