00:10All we hear so far is talks about the need to come up with some kind of truce,
00:16and it is not particularly hidden that this truce is needed in order to gain time to continue pumping weapons into Ukraine,
00:23so that they can put themselves in order, carry out additional mobilization, and so on.
00:29A truce is a road to nowhere.
00:33We need final legal agreements that will fix all the conditions for the security of the Russian Federation
00:44and, of course, the legal interests of the security of our neighbors.
