00:00So, how do you think Notre Dame looked and how do you think they're going to do against
00:07Georgia?
00:08Well, again, last segment, you guys were talking about it.
00:13They got to prove they can beat a Georgia.
00:15They got to prove they have enough on the outside on the perimeter that they can test
00:18Georgia.
00:19I know they're going to be able to run the ball.
00:20They looked great on that.
00:21When you have three running backs, not two, because Williams, they mixed him in there
00:25too with Price, with Love, you have three running backs averaging six yards per carry.
00:30Can they get that going against Georgia, who has a nasty front led by Jalen Walker?
00:35On the other side, don't love the Riley Mills injury.
00:38That's a big injury for Notre Dame.
00:40He was the second team All-American at Sporting News.
00:42He could help them shut down the run, maybe get after this new quarterback, and don't
00:46love that Kirby's had all this time to tell those Georgia guys that nobody believes in
00:50them in the Sugar Bowl.
00:53I absolutely think Notre Dame can win, but I would probably pick Georgia just based on
00:58conditioning, experience, the fact that they've played all these big games.
01:02How do you feel about no quarterback for Georgia?
01:05I don't like their quarterback situation.
01:07Well, I mean, when you lose Carson Beck, there's going to be a drop-off, no question.
01:12But I mean, did you think their offense was non-functional in the SEC Championship game
01:17when Gunnar Stockton came in?
01:18If you believe that, and they're going to be limited what they can do throwing the ball
01:23down the field, I think, because Carson Beck would push the ball down the field.
01:26Their receivers aren't great.
01:27I do love their tight ends.
01:28I think Oscar Delp and Lawson Luckey will get a lot of work against Notre Dame, try
01:33to create some mismatches with the linebackers.
01:37If Trevor Etienne does what he did in the SEC Championship game, though, Georgia will
01:40be fine.
01:41And, you know, you got to protect the quarterback.
01:44I don't like the kid.
01:45I saw him play.
01:46I didn't like it.
01:47I didn't think he did anything.
01:48And this is going to be against a Notre Dame defense that's legit.
01:52Well, and he can't make those mistakes in the secondary, to your point.
01:56He can't throw it to Xavier Watts.
01:58But do you trust Riley Leonard to throw the ball down the field against this Georgia secondary?
02:03That's the other part of this.
02:04Notre Dame will have to make some plays in the air as well.
02:07Jordan Faison played well against Indiana.
02:10No matter how I look at it, Scott, and we can disagree on the pick, I do think it hits
02:14the under.
02:15I think we get a defensive like 21-17, 17-14, you know, type game in the Sugar Bowl that's
02:21maybe an old school headbanger.
