00:00A new Pag-ibig fund office has been opened in Bacilan to enhance service accessibility.

00:06The office will assist with membership registration and provide support to local residents,

00:12business owners and workers aiming to better serve the increasing number of members in the area.

00:18Philippine Information Agency Isabela's CTD Bacilan's Lilda de los Reyes tells us more.

00:24The Pag-ibig Home Development Mutual Fund has officially inaugurated its new member service office in Isabela's CTD recently.

00:34The office aims to enhance access to its services for the benefit of the residents of Bacilan.

00:40The new office is located on the second floor of the Cybersone building within the PCC complex.

00:46Evelyn Tindahan, head of the Pag-ibig Zamboanga branch, expressed enthusiasm about the new location.

00:52We are happy to inform the public that Pag-ibig Fund Isabela is now open,

00:58officially open to serve our clientele in the whole province of Bacilan,

01:06especially the clients from Isabela City.

01:12So, Pag-ibig is here to serve our members.

01:16Our services are membership of Pag-ibig Fund.

01:22Based on RA 9679, Pag-ibig is mandatory or universal coverage.

01:30So, we encourage everyone, since Pag-ibig is here in Isabela,

01:36to register with Pag-ibig Fund.

01:40All of my businesses, barangay officials, self-employed individuals,

01:46and our establishments, and employed individuals.

01:50On behalf of the labor sector, Marlene Anuos,

01:54Chief of the Department of Labor and Employment, Isabela City Feld Office,

01:58welcome the new service office, citing it as a significant support for workers in the province.

02:04We are very happy to welcome the new member service office,

02:09the new member service office of Pag-ibig Fund in Isabela City.

02:13This is part of the efforts of the Isabela City Tripartite Industrial Peace Council

02:19to help our employees, residents of Isabela, and especially Pag-ibig members.

02:25According to Pag-ibig Fund data, there are currently 1,272 paying employers,

02:30and 2,663 contributing members in Bacilan.
