The Condition Publique defines itself as a cultural laboratory. In doing so, it aims to transform its project as a public institution by drawing inspiration from other places and recombining all aspects.

A creative community of cultural associations, artists, craftsmen, social initiatives, media projects, etc. works here. It offers workspaces and shared workshops. In addition, with the support of the DGMIC (Ministry of Culture), it has been offering support for cultural entrepreneurs since 2020.
