00:06as well that I stand with Qantas families today, Qantas families who've been through health,

00:13to announce that Qantas has agreed with the TW proposal to put $120 million into a pool

00:22to fund a legally entitled compensation for this workforce, this workforce that was illegally

00:30sacked by the Joyce regime under cover of COVID in 2020. These workers have been instrumental

00:40in exposing the most vicious corporate dictatorship in Australia's history.

00:45They were victorious in the High Court on the 13th of September 2023 and they're victorious

00:51today. The largest case of illegal sackings in Australia's history

00:56today has been transformed into the largest payout in the favour of workers in Australia's

01:03legal history. You can see a light at the end of the tunnel now, it's just almost over.

01:08I'm glad that Qantas came to the table and decided to work with the union

01:13and resolve this matter and I think there's a brighter future for everyone ahead.
