नई दिल्ली: बास्केटबॉल फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया (बीएफआई) और कैप्टन्स प्रोफेशनल बास्केटबॉल (सीपीबीएल) ने आईएनबीएल प्रो अंडर-25 लीग लॉन्च की। यह लीग भारतीय बास्केटबॉल को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर ले जाने और युवाओं को पेशेवर मंच देने के लिए बनाई गई है। लीग की शुरुआत 15 जनवरी 2025 से होगी। छह टीमें, हर एक में 6 भारतीय और 6 अंतरराष्ट्रीय खिलाड़ी, टूर्नामेंट में हिस्सा लेंगी। 9 जनवरी को खिलाड़ियों की नीलामी और मार्च में अबू धाबी में फाइनल होगा। इंडियन पैंथर्स टीम के तहत भारतीय खिलाड़ियों को न्यूजीलैंड में प्रशिक्षण और अंतरराष्ट्रीय मुकाबलों का अनुभव मिलेगा। बीएफआई अध्यक्ष आधव अर्जुन ने इसे भारतीय बास्केटबॉल के लिए ऐतिहासिक कदम बताया, जबकि आईएनबीएल चेयरमैन रूपिन्दर ब्रार ने इसे खिलाड़ियों के लिए बेहतरीन अवसर बताया। यह लीग भारतीय युवाओं को वैश्विक मंच पर नई पहचान दिलाने की दिशा में बड़ा प्रयास है।
