00:00All right, let's talk about the two bowl games tonight, really bowl season got started Saturday,
00:09but I feel like more attention tonight. This first one should be a good one. I think Memphis
00:14and West Virginia and both games tonight are featuring teams that have new coaches
00:18incoming. Rich Rodriguez is going to be the next coach at West Virginia. So naturally,
00:23Bill, like this is the hard part for me. I feel like they're doing a better job getting the
00:27players to play in the bowl games this year. I will say that my concern is, especially after
00:32watching the South Alabama guy opt out, what was that like 30 minutes before the game last week?
00:37My fear is that some stuff happens with one of these teams tonight, specifically West Virginia.
00:42They're getting four and a half points tonight, total 58 and a half in the Frisco bowl. Can we
00:45count on players playing though in this? That's my concern. You know, they have an all-American
00:50tackle Wyatt Millam too, who kind of similar situation. They've been questioning whether
00:55or not he was going to play. I hope he does. West Virginia without their coach, that's always
01:00tough to gauge going into a bowl game. I know this line continues to move up, but you know,
01:05in another sense, the guys that are there are auditioning for Rich Rodriguez and for next
01:10season. So I think we're going to get a competitive game tonight. I'll probably take West Virginia to
01:14cover. Memphis had a really strong close to the season, but in terms of a competitive bowl game,
01:21that game you mentioned Saturday night, it had a big spread, South Alabama, Western Michigan,
01:25but it was a competitive game all the way through. And like you said, when we have more players
01:30playing these games, they are more competitive. They're still fun to watch. And I'll definitely
01:34have that one on the TV tonight.
