Kimberly Guilfoyle was a prosecutor and model who won high-profile cases. She then began climbing up the ranks at Fox. She became one of its most frequently featured faces. 00:21This was partially because she had been working so closely with his father, Donald Trump.
00:26She has been one of his most vocal supporters for years.
00:29Their close friendship blossomed into something more.
00:31It was recently revealed that they are officially engaged.

00:48Her mother, Mercedes, was Puerto Rican and died of leukemia when Kimberly was only 11.
00:53Her father, Anthony, was an Irish immigrant who was in the army and then took up construction.
00:58Kimberly's love for law was her first love.
00:59She studied at the University of California, Davis.
01:02She got a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
01:07She then interned for the district attorney.
01:09She earned money to pay for her studies by modeling for Macy's in a bridal magazine.
01:14She eventually went to Trinity College, Dublin, in Ireland for further studies.

01:26She was a public prosecutor in San Francisco until 1996.
01:30Terrence Hallinan was elected district attorney.
01:33He fired her and 13 other city prosecutors.
01:36She spent four years as a deputy district attorney on adult and juvenile cases.

01:45That was enough to make Terrence realize his mistake and he hired her again in 2000.
01:50She served as assistant district attorney of San Francisco from 2000 to 2004.
01:55Her work on the second-degree murder case, People v. Knoll and Knoller, earned her national

02:04Working on TV The attention from Kimberly's early court
02:07cases was enough to get Hollywood to come knocking.
02:10She was a natural fit for TV, beautiful, vibrant, and not afraid to cause a bit of trouble.
02:15She moved to New York to host both sides on court TV in 2004.
02:20She was also a legal analyst on Anderson Cooper 360.
02:24She is better known for her work on Fox News.
02:26She was an anchor there from 2006 to 2018.
02:30She hosted the weekend show The Line Up until it was eventually canceled.
02:34She then co-hosted The Five and became its host in 2018.
02:38She hosted and then co-hosted Outnumbered for almost 50 episodes from 2014 to 2018.
02:44She also appeared weekly on the Is It Legal segment of The O'Reilly Factor.
02:48Her other Fox Network hosting appearances included Hannity, On the Record, Justice,

02:56Kimberly signed a long-term contract with Fox in 2017.

03:03The network had allegedly been investigating sexual harassment claims amongst members of
03:07the network, including herself and Roger Ailes.
03:10They reportedly gave her an ultimatum to resign or be fired.
03:14They settled out of court for an estimated $4 million.
03:18She denies claims of any inappropriate behavior on set.
03:22She also says that she wasn't paid any hush money to keep anything quiet.
03:26She insists that her decision to leave Fox was entirely voluntary.

03:36Attorney's Office, in media and in politics, I have never engaged in any workplace misconduct

03:43During my career, I have served as a mentor to countless women, with many of whom I remain

03:50Other former co-workers were on her side.
03:53Alexandra Priet is her longtime friend and says that the claims are false.
03:58Her former colleague, Greta Van Susteren, insists that she never heard any complaints
04:01against her.
04:02Sergio Gore, chief of staff for Trump's Victory Finance Committee, said that she would never
04:07do anything like that.
04:09The allegations didn't end her appearances behind the camera, though.
04:12She began hosting her own show on the video platform Rumble in February of 2023.
04:20Supporting Trump's Campaign
04:22Kimberly took to politics after leaving Fox.
04:25She joined America First Policies, the pro-Trump super PAC that helped campaign for Republicans
04:30during the 2018 midterm elections.
04:33She was reportedly considered as a press secretary but lost the position to Sean Spicer.
04:38Her co-host of The Five, Bob Beckel, said that she turned down the job.
04:42Kimberly was described as a conservative cheerleader for Donald Trump.
04:46They toured school campuses together.
04:48They were paid $50,000 for their appearance at the University of Florida.
04:52It led to such a violent outcry from the other side that two people were arrested and five
04:57were injured.
04:58Kimberly managed the fundraising division of the Trump 2020 campaign.
05:02This was despite poor staffing and allegations of irresponsible spending.
05:07She gave an infamous speech supporting Trump in August of 2020.
05:32Certain onlookers called it loud and unhinged.

05:37Kimberly also joined the Save America March on January 6, 2021, which led to the attack
05:42on the Capitol.
05:44She was reportedly paid $60,000 for a two-and-a-half-minute rallying speech and dance.

06:22Kimberly met Gavin at a Democratic fundraiser for John Burton.
06:26Attorney Art Groza introduced them, and they hit it off.
06:29She married Gavin in December 2001.
06:32That was during his first two years as mayor of San Francisco and his term as governor.
06:37They appeared together in the September 2004 issue of Harper's Bazaar.
06:42The world seemed to believe in them, affectionately dubbing them as the New Kennedys.
06:47It didn't last, though, and the pair divorced on February 28, 2006.
06:51They cited the difficulties of staying married while living so far apart.
06:55He said that it had, quote,
06:56"...taken a huge toll personally.
06:58The transcontinental marriage is tough.
07:01The only godsend is that we don't have kids.
07:03You give up your life in the traditional sense."
07:06The couple grew apart over time.
07:08At first, they supported each other and had nothing but nice words to say.
07:12Later reports saw each of them saying that time had changed them.
07:15There was a further wrinkle thrown in later.
07:17It was revealed that Gavin was having an affair with Ruby Rippery-Torque,
07:21the wife of his former campaign manager and Deputy Chief of Staff Alex Torque.
07:26He publicly apologized for it the day after the news broke.
07:30No one is sure whether Kimberly knew about the affair before she divorced him.
07:35Gavin didn't marry Ruby, though.
07:36He instead married documentary filmmaker Jennifer Seibel Newsom in 2008.

07:46Kimberly married furniture heir Eric Valencia on May 27, 2006.
07:51They were married at a resort in Barbados.

08:41She reports that they'd known each other for years,
08:42but it only took one date for sparks to start flying.
08:46The couple have also looked for places to settle down with his five children,
08:49Spencer, Tristan, Donald Trump III, Chloe, and Kai, as well as her son.
08:54They're excited to blend their two families.
08:56They bought a $4.4 million home in the Hamptons together
09:00but sold it in March of 2021 for $8.14 million.
09:04Then, they bought a $9.7 million home in Jupiter, Florida that same month.
