00:00I'm Adi, I'm the founder of Keep Me Young, along with Kyle, the founder of Thrive as well.
00:06We've come together with the Keep Me Young Running Club.
00:09I've basically been running every day for over four years now.
00:13I've had no injuries, no joint pain.
00:17I just wanted to share my love and passion for running and health and wellness and community
00:24and basically bring a community together in Chapel Allerton.
00:27At the moment the club is running on a Monday at 6.30pm and it's basically just about starting
00:33the week strong.
00:33Those guys have come together for the love of helping each other, wanting to help people
00:37thrive and hit that next level with their personal fitness journey as well as their
00:41mental health and just emotional well-being as well.
00:43So we're here to create something that's going to be incredible in terms of a community
00:47that's going to help people thrive and help people become the best version of themselves
00:51and just connect with like-minded people of all levels as well.
00:53There's some people within the group that haven't been confident with running.
00:57They've come out.
00:58We do have a walk and route as well.
01:00So even if people wanted to just come out, test it out, go for a walk, see how they feel
01:05and maybe next time they can run that walk and route as well.
01:09It's just about coming together and becoming a better version of you.
01:13One percent every single day and we're not here to judge.
01:16You know, I'm not even a runner myself.
01:18I don't consider myself one.
01:19I somehow fell into a marathon last year.
01:21Worst decision of my life, but I'm still here with Ade, wanting to do some running
01:24because I see the benefits of this, bringing people together.
01:27And that's what it's about in such a world and society that puts people into an isolated
01:32position of being alone.
01:34This is where we rise to help people to come together, to build each other up.
01:37It does really train the mind and it helps with so many things that we do face in life.
01:42So many obstacles, tasks, hardships, sometimes things can get tough.
01:47And what I find with the benefits of running is really that effect it has on the mental
01:51health as well.
01:51If you feel you don't want to run, just pause that thought for a second and revisit
01:56after you run.
01:57So that's one of the things I say.
