00:00You are absolutely right. The women's safety campaign was just a campaign.
00:07Nothing happened to it. Nothing changed.
00:09The governments did change for the safety of the women.
00:15Congress ended because of this.
00:17But there was no safety.
00:19Even today, it's been 3-4 days, I saw it in the media.
00:23The data was coming.
00:25Delhi has 174,000 written cases in a month.
00:37Now tell me, if 174,000 are coming in a month,
00:42how far will this data go?
00:44And how many will have come in 12 years?
00:47It's a big thing to think about.
00:49What kind of life are we living?
00:52There was an incident with Nirbhaya.
00:54The whole country woke up.
00:56Women were protesting in their laps for their small children.
01:01That justice should be given.
01:03Today, those children are at least 12 years old,
01:06who are in their laps.
01:07But they didn't get anything.
01:09The eyes that were filled with tears,
01:12those tears didn't dry.
01:14The governments changed.
01:16Everything happened.
01:18But there was no safety for the women.
01:20Kejriwal also used to say a lot,
01:22that we will do this, we will do that.
01:25But they didn't install CCTV cameras.
01:27Whose shortcomings are there?
01:29And whose shortcomings are not there?
01:32It's a matter of understanding.
01:34If we want to protect women,
01:38then half of our population is of women.
01:41Like there is a debate on Adani and Ambani,
01:45in Parliament, many women should be on security.
01:48Laws should be made for them.
01:51But there is nothing like that.
01:53People just keep on talking about issues.
01:56So I would say that both the parties should understand the issues of women
02:01and make laws on it.
02:03And first of all, we don't understand that
02:06the constitution that Baba Bheem Rao Ambedkar has made,
02:10or the one that was made at that time,
02:13then it wouldn't have happened that
02:15he wrote that the criminal will go to the Parliament.
02:18We don't think so.
02:20But today in the Parliament,
02:22see how the criminals are sitting.
02:24They are in jail,
02:26they get tickets from there and win.
02:29So where did it change?
02:31Who changed it?
02:33The criminals should not be sent to the Parliament.
02:37Both the parties should work together.
02:40We should debate, make laws,
02:43especially on women's security.
02:45You talk about empowerment.
02:47What is empowerment?
02:49When a woman studies and writes,
02:51she won't work.
02:52She won't be empowered.
02:54Her security is the most important thing.
02:56If we give birth to a small child and leave him,
03:00if we don't protect him,
03:02what will he become?
03:04Today you see that
03:06whether it is a small class or a big class,
03:09rich, poor, rich, everyone is there.
03:12Women are also working in that.
03:15First of all, the big class people,
03:19rich people or business type people,
03:22why are their children becoming criminals?
03:24They should not become criminals.
03:26They have got education and everything.
03:28Why are they becoming criminals?
03:29As soon as they are born, they are given to the mother.
03:32What will the mother do?
03:34She won't use her intelligence.
03:36If you leave the child,
03:38what will the child do?
03:40What will he do in the name of education?
03:42Even in education,
03:44you tell me,
03:46what does a person need?
03:48One needs education,
03:50one needs health.
03:52What has happened to both?
03:54It has become a business.
03:56Not at all.
03:57It won't come at all.
03:59This is a matter of delusion.
04:01I don't think there is any doubt in this.
04:03If there is any government,
04:05if you want to protect,
04:07then you see,
04:09education is being given the greatest importance.
04:11What is education?
04:12It is about studying, writing,
04:13standing on your own two feet.
04:15But what is that education?
04:17It is business.
04:19I am not talking about here.
04:21I have not been to the private government here.
04:24I am not young.
04:25But if you talk about your villages,
04:28the teachers who teach the children,
04:33from 1st to 5th grade,
04:36what they have studied,
04:38they themselves do not know.
04:40If you give them a 9th or 10th grade math,
04:42they will not be able to do it.
04:44Where will they go?
04:45What will they do?
04:46What will they teach?
04:47So, there are two parts here.
04:49The one who has money,
04:50his child is studying in the private school
04:52and leaving.
04:53And the other part,
04:54the younger one,
04:55who has a new account,
04:57he has to work.
04:58What is he getting?
04:59Where is he getting it from?
05:01Education is not being given as much as
05:04the class teachers in our time,
05:07their salary,
05:08whatever it was at that time,
05:10but they are given a lot of respect.
05:12We used to call them Guruji, Guruji.
05:15This is what we think.
05:17Because,
05:18what respect will you give to a woman?
05:20If there is no security,
05:21where will the respect come from?
05:23Now, suppose you call a woman
05:25and make her wear a garland on the stage,
05:27do this, do that,
05:28there will be security.
05:29It's just one, isn't it?
05:31Now, where did the other 100 go?
05:33Where did the other 99 go?
05:35Just think about it.
05:36So, we don't think
05:37that all this is good.
05:39But yes,
05:40it is that
05:41maybe
05:42if God does something,
05:43He will do it.
05:44If not,
05:45the politicians will not do it.
05:46In the parliament,
05:47even today,
05:48the politicians who are sitting,
05:49many people are not good.
05:50How are their cases going on?
05:52They are sitting.
05:53So,
05:54they never discuss
05:55women's security.
05:56In fact,
05:57we have even heard
05:58that in the parliament,
05:59where 10 people sit,
06:00people go out
06:01to have tea.
06:02If such an incident is discussed,
06:03then
06:04they clap and laugh
06:05that this keeps happening.
06:06Who will protect?
06:08The one who does not have a heart,
06:10the one who does not have a heart,
06:11the one who has not shed tears
06:12for a woman,
06:13how is that person?
06:15Whether he is a politician or not,
06:17or a common man,
06:18why not?
06:19Look,
06:20as far as we know,
06:21no criminal was caught.
06:22The place where the incident took place,
06:25the place where the incident took place,
06:27the next day,
06:28he was hanged.
06:30What does this mean?
06:31This means it is a conspiracy.
06:33So,
06:34where the governments come to save,
06:36the courts come to save,
06:38the police come to save,
06:39the common people come to save,
06:41who will be able to punish him?
06:43No one can punish him.
06:45And we do not know,
06:46we do not think
06:47that there can be
06:48any women's security.
06:50I cannot see it from a distance.
