00:30We want justice, we want justice, we want justice, we want justice, we want justice, we want justice
00:46In Atul's video, if you see, the first accused he is telling is the judiciary, the magistrate.
00:53The wife is, he is telling is the third accused.
00:56His high level of frustration is on the judiciary system, which allows them to bribe the police or the corrupt lawyers.
01:03He uses it as a chance to loot.
01:05They get into a deal with the woman who is filing the complaint, like, I'll put this much money, give me 50% or 40%.
01:12His big worry or frustration is over the judiciary system.
01:17We want that to be, the laws to be gender neutral and the prenuptial agreement, like Europe, that should be there.
01:25If Hindu code of law, if the political party is working towards refining Hinduism or Hindu code of law, this should be their first step.
01:34The entire family structure is getting collapsed.
01:36Definitely, definitely.
01:37But just one or two people are speaking, where are the main political parties, where is the leader of the opposition party?
01:43They are not raising this issue.
01:45This is collapsing the family structure and the people who are looting, they are using it as an opportunity.
01:51This is a high time.
01:52See, it's not about men or women.
01:54It's about, you know, justice.
01:56It's about humanity and it's about equality, right?
01:59So it's not about men.
02:01I simply see it's being a human thing, right?
02:04So when going through a story on the LinkedIn page, it was very, very saddening to me.
02:09And I did not see the point of any men or women thing here.
02:13But I see as a human, everybody should be treated equally.
02:16And if there is some injustice, right, there should be a proper justice given, irrespective of whether it's a man or a woman, right?
02:23So I feel this is not about, you know, gender.
02:26It's about humanity and which is why I'm here.
02:29I wish that, you know, Atul Bhai will get the justice and which is why I'm here protesting for it.
02:47When you talk about equality in the society, you bring the law to one side.
02:53Which is not right.
02:55When you talk about equality, you bring the law to everyone equally.
02:59You see, the way this law is being misused, it's really going too far.
03:04I'm telling you, at least 350-400 people are standing here today.
03:09And you ask, every person has been going to court for the past 4-5 years
03:15because they have filed a false case against you.
03:18And you go to court, I'm a witness to this.
03:21You go to every court, every date, you see only men.
03:26Because the women's lawyer says, you sit at home, we will handle this.
03:30The man is worried, the man is working, the man is taking care of the house, the man is worried about the children.
03:35But you see, because of this false case, a man's life is being ruined.
03:41And the work that Atul has done is not suicide.
03:44It's actually a murder.
03:47And we will take this movement to the next level.
03:50We are not going to leave it here.
03:52See, I'm coming with a mask because I want to say that I'm a nobody in India.
03:57Because I'm a man, right? I'm a married man and I'm a nobody.
04:02Because the judiciary system does not care about what is your right.
04:06And these cases have been used as weapons.
04:10And it's very unfortunate that Atul had to go this way and put light on this particular major issue which is going on in India.
04:18So, I think it is time that we look into gender-neutral laws and men's issues.
04:26So that we stop all these suicides which is happening.
04:30This is not only one case.
04:31There are hundreds and thousands of cases which is happening in India.
04:35And we need to put a full stop to this with better processes and better judiciary system.
04:40And better safety for men.
