00:00This is a personal and collective privilege because it has something to do with my security.

00:06So last night, Mr. Chair, around 11 o'clock or 11 p.m., we witnessed an incident of police shooting.

00:20So we were on our way, I don't know if this is the main road of the BGC,

00:25there was a police car in front of us and a motorcycle passed by.

00:32The police, Mr. Chair, came out of the mobile car and chased the motorcycle.

00:42The motorcycle passed in front of us and went to the back.

00:47I was surprised, Mr. Chair, that a police officer shot the motorcycle.

00:54So we don't know what kind of incident this is, what kind of motorcycle this is.

00:59I was really scared, Mr. Chair, and my colleagues pulled me and put me down.

01:10I was scared, Mr. Chair, because why is there an incident like this?

01:15In the middle of the traffic, in the middle of the traffic, Mr. Chair, the police are shooting.

01:22So I think this is not right because this is in the middle of civilians and there are a lot of cars.

01:33So I remember, Mr. Chair, the incident that happened six years ago in Talaingod,

01:40where we were in a place in Talaingod and my car was also shot by two riding in tandem.

01:49So I hope that we will have a report, especially here at the police station,

01:59which is involved with the BGC, if this is a legitimate operation.

02:05But they should not shoot in front of civilians.

02:09Do they know that I am there? In the middle, they shot and chased from behind.

02:14That is why, Mr. Chair, I am taking this as a personal threat to my security.

02:28Because you know, Mr. Chair, I was once watched by the former President Duterte

02:36and every day, the Vice President, Sara Duterte, is talking about me.

02:46That is why, Mr. Chair, I hope that there will be a full incident report or police report on what happened yesterday at the BGC.

02:57And this should be considered serious.

03:02I am also looking at this as having something to do with my job.

03:08Because you know, I am very vocal in speaking to the committees, to the Quadcom, to the Good Government.

03:16That is why, I hope that we can call the station commander to report this incident.

03:22And the two police officers, one of them shot.

03:25That should not happen, especially in the middle of civilians.
