00:00So, some of the main barriers for getting into coaching are the financial implications
00:17because there is obviously a cost. As a single parent, I found it quite difficult to be able
00:22to do that and luckily the Chase programme was able to fully fund my place. I'm incredibly
00:27grateful for that opportunity to be able to get the right qualifications to be able
00:32to help my son, his teammates in the future. I feel like when you get into coaching, before
00:39getting into coaching, football just seemed like a one-dimensional thing, like what you
00:43see on TV, how it's perceived, how it's portrayed. But once you get into coaching, Chase has
00:49taught me all the things that go behind the scenes, all the technical stuff, the tactical
00:53stuff, how to be a good coach, how to manage players, how to manage a team, so it's helped
00:59me in so many ways. It's great that Chase are able to help out and influence so many
01:06people and it's a great scheme, I think with the long-term vision as well, of hopefully
01:11helping the local community with the qualifications.
01:24I think we've seen in the past with Spain and Germany and Portugal that it is transferable
01:29if the players keep progressing at the same rate, so it's exciting that we've got so many
01:36players now that have experienced that, winning with England, and hopefully they can do that.
01:41The next one now is obviously going and winning the World Cup again.
