కలెక్టర్లు, ఎస్పీల సమావేశంలో డిప్యూటి సీఎం పవన్ కల్యాణ్ అసంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేశారు. గతంలో తాను ప్రభుత్వం బయట ఉండి ఐఏఎస్ లు, ఐపీఎస్ లు ఏదో చేస్తారని అనుకునేవాడినని, కానీ పరిస్దితి అలా లేదన్నారు. వ్యవస్ధల్ని మీరు బలోపేతం చేయాలి కానీ, ఇలా నిస్సహాయతతో చూస్తుంటే సగటు మనిషి ఎక్కడికెళ్తాడని పవన్ కలెక్టర్లను ప్రశ్నించారు.
