Gucci style comes to Dubai

00:00Some of Milan's hottest fashions made an exclusive debut on the Dubai catwalk.

00:12Gucci were in town to show off their collection of carefully put together looks.

00:16From the special Gucci carpets flown in direct from Italy, to the international lineup of

00:21models, the event was a masterclass in precision choreography.

00:26And behind the scenes, makeup artists were working on a fresh look for the show.

00:30The main focus is going to be on the eyes.

00:32We're going to have really nice, beautiful skin, like really fresh skin.

00:37We're going to do some contouring on the cheek, not to show any colour on the apple cheek

00:44at all, just on the bone structures.

00:47And very nude lips, like fresh lips.

00:51Nearly 30 models were on the catwalk hailing from all over the world.

00:55Among them, Dubai resident Katrina.

00:58Oh, great. I mean, it's Gucci. It feels great.

01:03It feels exciting, and it feels so, you know, to be part of this, you know,

01:08very beautiful clothes, very professional people.

01:11There was a rugged rock and roll theme to this year's show, with a dash of Russian romance.

01:17Each of the 66 looks featured Gucci's signature daring design and innovation,

01:22something well appreciated by Dubai's fashionistas.
