00:19The ceremony held in the Cathedral of the Valencian capital was attended by hundreds

00:28of Spanish politicians. They blamed them for having acted with negligence in what was the
00:39worst natural disaster in decades. The flash floods in October killed more than 200 people
00:45and left a trail of destruction mostly in the region of Valencia.
