00:04at the Baliksigla Baliksaya Gift Giving Activity in Navotas City.
00:09Jonna Pineda of the Philippine Information Agency has news for the country.
00:16Nearly 800 children received a small gift from President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
00:21here in Navotas City under the Baliksigla Bigaysaya Program.
00:26These children are from 21 child development centers in Navotas City
00:31and beneficiaries of their Kindergarten on Wheels program.
00:35Meanwhile, the gifts they received include school supplies that they can use for their studies.
00:42Navotas City Mayor John Ray Tiangco was the first to distribute these gifts
00:46and he expressed his gratitude to President Marcos.
00:50He said,
00:51The children really feel his love and care here in the city, especially now that Christmas is here.
00:58Meanwhile, the parents of the children who received gifts from the local government
01:04and President Marcos are also very grateful.
01:06One of them is Francisca Mendiola.
01:08She is a great help to the children who are in depressed areas here in the city.
01:13It is expected that this gift will continue to be distributed to other children in Navotas City.
