We spoke to Matheus Taranto -- a man visiting from Brazil and staying at the same hostel -- who says he couldn't access certain parts of his floor because cops were there. Taranto said he did not recognize the man in the suspect photos.

01:47heard a rumor that I someone got shot in the neighborhood so it was not
01:50accurate that someone got shot in the neighborhood that the murder was here
01:54and today I saw the full picture so yeah do you feel safe staying here knowing
02:03that there's a potential vigilante on the loose I mean I saw the the footage
02:11he actually looked like a bro he was probably on a job to do that
02:19so I don't think it was like too hard to anyone that is not getting paid to do so
