How do you feel about the prospect of Royal Mail potentially falling into foreign ownership? Do you still post letters and parcels, and are you concerned about the number of British companies owned by overseas investors?

00:00Oh no, the word Royal Mail, you know, you've got to stay in house, you know, no, I wouldn't
00:06like that. Again, it's open for exploitation, costs and all that. I mean, look at the price
00:12of a first class stamp now, and it's about £1.70 for a first class stamp.
00:17It's outrageous.
00:18If you look at the water board, the Germans own it. So what's the difference in money
00:25where people come from, it makes no sense.
00:27The companies like the British Rail, Transport, Hospitals, Royal Mail, it should be about
00:35the public service.
00:37That doesn't change anything to me. That's tantamount to racism if you say anything against
00:42a foreigner who's a businessman. You know, it's as good as, his money's as good as anybody
00:48else's.
00:49Send a letter, I've got a brother in Scotland and sometimes I write to him and stuff like
00:53that. You know, BAT cards and Christmas cards and that, it's important that.
