00:25That is what the PSA, the Philippine Statistics Authority, said

00:28when they gave a certification to the House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability

00:33that it is in compliance with the confidential funds of the Office of the Vice President

00:36of the Department of Education under the leadership of Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:40But the certification was also signed by Undersecretary Claire Dennis Mapa.

00:44If there is additional information, such as the name of the parents of Mary Grace Piatos

00:49or the location of her important events,

00:52they can look for it in their Civil Registry System Database.

00:57Mary Grace Piatos was signed in one of the hundreds of acknowledgment receipts
