Tencent Games has acquired a majority stake in Kuro Games

Tencent Games has bought approximately 37 per cent of shares in Kuro Games - taking the Chinese industry juggernaut's total share in the developer up to 51.4 per cent and giving the company a controlling stake in the studio.
