00:00Before I conclude this speech, I have just read a statement from a minister, Muhammad bin Sabu,
00:11who proposed to rename the University of Putra, Malaysia to the University of Agriculture.
00:20This proposal was not referred to me as Chancellor of the University of Putra, Malaysia
00:27and also to the Ministry of Administration of the University of Putra, Malaysia.
00:39Therefore, I do not approve of this proposal.
00:54I hereby reaffirm that the name of the University of Putra, Malaysia has not been retained
01:08because I have already launched the name Putra, which means agriculture for the people.
