Los campesinos, residentes en la provincia de Guantánamo, aseguran que cuando ocurre un hurto o sacrificio, las autoridades, en lugar de buscar a los delincuentes, los multan a ellos.  “No se puede dormir” asegura uno de los entrevistados a ADN Cuba.
