00:00On January 9, 2025, an arraignment was signed between the actress and businessman Nery Naig for a case of violation of the Securities Regulation Code.

00:11The prosecution will first submit their comments to the motion issued by Naig.

00:17Here is the first news, Ian Cruz.

00:19From the Pasay Regional Trial Court, the businessman and actress Nery Naig Miranda was returned to Pasay City Jail.

00:30The arraignment for the case of violation of the Securities Regulation Code did not continue after the motion to quash was filed by the actress.

00:39The prosecution and the Securities and Exchange Commission will first submit their comments to the motion.

00:46The arraignment was signed on January 9.

00:49Nery did not give a statement.

00:52First, Chito Miranda defended his wife, claiming that she is not a liar and that Nery has no power.

01:02In Chito's post, he mentioned a wallet owned by Dermacare.

01:07He said that all the money went to him, while Nery did not receive any money from other people.

01:14Chito also divided the money from a wallet and a coin.

01:19It was addressed to Nery, but there was no cash and no signature.

01:25He asked for compensation for the issues faced by Dermacare.

01:30According to the wallet, no one has the ability to distribute shares of Dermacare to their investors.

01:37They are already solving the problem.

01:40In the Sec's advisory in September 2023, the Chief Operating Officer of Dermacare Beyond Skin Care Solutions, slash Beyond Skin Care Solutions, is named Chanda Atienza.

01:54It states here that the company is not authorized to solicit investments because it is not registered and there is no license for it.

02:03In the same advisory, the commission also stated that salesmen, brokers, dealers, agents, promoters, influencers, and endorsers of Dermacare may be liable.

02:15They are asking the public to invest.

02:18In a post in September 1, 2023, Nery said that he is no longer affiliated with Dermacare and that any transaction using his name is not authorized or made without his permission.
