Adding comments in MS Word is a great way to leave feedback, suggestions, or notes in your document. This guide will show you how to add comments in both the main body of your document and within tables for effective collaboration or review.

🟦 Add Comments to the Main Document:
Open Your Document: Open your Word document where you want to add comments.

Select the Text: Highlight the word, phrase, or section of text where you want to add a comment.

Insert the Comment:

Go to the Review tab on the Ribbon.
Click on the New Comment button in the Comments section.
A comment box will appear in the right-hand margin where you can type your comment.
Edit or Delete the Comment:

To edit a comment, click inside the comment box and make changes.
To delete a comment, right-click the comment and choose Delete Comment.


🟥 Add Comments in a Table:
Select the Cell or Content in the Table: Click inside the cell of the table where you want to add a comment.

Insert the Comment:

Go to the Review tab on the Ribbon.
Click on New Comment.
A comment box will appear beside the table cell where you can type your feedback or notes.
Manage Comments in the Table:

To edit a comment, click inside the comment box next to the table cell.
To delete a comment, right-click on the comment box and select Delete Comment.

Review All Comments:
To navigate between comments, go to the Review tab and use the Next and Previous buttons in the Comments section to move through all comments.

To resolve, right-click the comment and choose Resolve. It will be marked as resolved but will remain visible for reference.

Print with Comments: If you want to print the document with the comments included, go to File / Print, and under Settings, choose to print with comments.
