Palma Old town with the addition of Luxury, 4 beds, 3 baths & more!!

This apartment breaks the mold in Palma Old Town. If you know it the streets of the old town are like a movie set. The architecture takes you back in time. However, the apartments do have their problems including poor plumbing and electrics, very little natural light, no views, no insulation or double glazing or air conditioning, so can be stuffy hot in the summer and cold and damp in the winter. Also most don't have parking and many don't have an elevator or roof terrace. Finally many if not most have been renovated but often in the 70's, so the style is neither traditional or modern, so in poor condition and just looking dated.
