ಅಜ್ಮೀರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸೂಫಿ ಸಂತ ಮೊಯಿನುದ್ದೀನ್ ಚಿಸ್ತಿ ಅವರ ದರ್ಗಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವ ದೇವಾಲಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಸ್ಥಾನದ ಅಜ್ಮೀರ್‌ನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಪುರಾತತ್ವ ಸರ್ವೇಕ್ಷಣಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಮತ್ತೆ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂಜೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವನ್ನು ಕೋರಲಾಗಿದೆ.
