इंदौर – इंदौर की राऊ थाना पुलिस ने डांस इंडिया डांस के प्रतियोगी रहे युवक पर युवती की शिकायत पर हिंदू मैरेज एक्ट का उल्लंघन करने और दुष्कर्म करने का मामला दर्ज किया है। आरोपी के साथ लिव इन में रह रही युवती से एक संतान भी पैदा हुई जिसका डीएनए टेस्ट करवाकर आरोपी के रिश्तों की पुष्टि की जा रही है। दरअसल युवती की 2018 में डांसिंग के दौरान युवक से जान पहचान हुई थी। युवती इसके डांस से प्रभावित हुई और दोनों में प्यार हो गया जहां युवक ने उसे राऊ इलाके में ले जाकर शादी का झांसा देकर दुष्कर्म किया। जिसके बाद युवती से एक संतान का भी जन्म हुआ। युवती ने कई बार शादी किए जाने की बात कही तो युवक ने उसे कोर्ट ले जाकर रजिस्ट्री से मैरिज कर ली और हिन्दू रीति रिवाज से विधिवत शादी करने का झांसा देता रहा। इसी बीच युवक और उसके पिता एक जमीनी मामले में जेल चले गए। जहां से जमानत पर आने के बाद भी उसने युवती से शादी नहीं की। जिसकी शिकायत युवती ने कोर्ट में पेश होकर की थी जहां कोर्ट के आदेश पर पुलिस कमिश्नर संतोष सिंह ने राऊ थाने में मुकदमा दर्ज करने के निर्देश दिए थे, जिस पर राऊ पुलिस ने दुष्कर्म और हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम का उल्लंघन करने का मामला दर्ज कर लिया है।
