00:00The NBI called Vice President Sara Duterte to explain her plan to kill President Bongbong Marcos,
00:09First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos, and House Speaker Martin Romualdez if they will kill her.
00:15She said that her statements were taken out of context.
00:19Joseph Moro reported.
00:21I was talking to someone and I told him that if they kill me, kill BBM, Liza Araneta, and Martin Romualdez.
00:34No joke. If I die, I told him not to stop until he kills them.
00:41And then he said yes.
00:45Following this statement, on Saturday, the National Bureau of Investigation faced Vice President Sara Duterte on Friday.
00:53Based on the NBI's statement, Vice President Sara Duterte explained for the possible claim of grave threats and violation of anti-terror law,
01:04a law signed by her father, former President Rodrigo Duterte, in 2020 only.
01:10If the Vice President has a schedule to listen to the camera, she can send a body to reset her face to the NBI.
01:17Do you still need her?
01:19I hope it will be better if the Vice President herself will go.
01:24This will be a fair investigation, impartial.
01:29The case of violation of the Anti-Terrorism Act is heavy.
01:32Because some particular provisions of the law can be violated, a law enforcement agent or military personnel can be arrested without warrant of arrest
01:41and detained for up to 14 days before facing the court.
01:45This can be extended for up to 10 days if necessary.
01:49If Duterte will not respond to the NBI's request, the complaint will continue to be filed to the Department of Justice.
01:56We will proceed. Whatever evidence we have, that's all.
02:03The Vice President refused to speak because she has not yet received the statement.
02:07But contrary to what she said on Saturday, what she said was taken out of context.
02:13There is absolutely no flesh on the bone.
02:16And despite the absence of a reliable investigation, authorities were quick to consider this a national security concern.
02:27This will only happen if she is killed.
02:30Tossing the word assassin.
02:32Please check. Did I say assassin there?
02:36Nothing.
02:38So they put assassin in their narrative.
02:41And they put murder plot in their narrative.
02:45My question now to the administration is revenge from the grave a crime.
02:53They have to kill me first.
02:55So now they can't kill me anymore.
02:58Unless they want to die.
03:01VP asked the presidential security command why there is no action.
03:05Where are the threats in her life?
03:07She has a list of threats even though she did not tag them.
03:11I did not expect that from PSC.
03:14And I will not accept that they will add people here.
03:20Because we don't know if they will add non-partisan people.
03:26Not necessarily coming from PSC ma'am.
03:28No, I don't trust anyone right now.
03:30The vice president said that his chief of staff, Atonio Zuleika Lopez, will do a legal action.
03:35After extending the contempt order against him for five days.
03:39Lopez is still in the Veterans Memorial Medical Center.
03:42Also, the special dispersing officer of the OVP, Gina Acosta, was pressured to listen.
03:48I'm listening ma'am.
03:50Why are you listening?
03:52Because I really don't know who Kukoy Villamin and Grace Piatos are.
04:03Because Sir Lachika is the one on the ground.
04:07He is the one who is preparing.
04:09I just went to the police station.
04:11He told me that there is an acknowledgment receipt ma'am.
04:16But ma'am, that is your job as a special dispersing officer.
04:22Yes ma'am, but my boss has an order that I will release to Sir Lachika ma'am.
04:30Vice President Duterte ordered Acosta to give P125 million pesos to Colonel Lachika,
04:36who is a member of the VPSPG or Vice Presidential Security and Protection Group.
04:41On behalf of the dispersing officer, Edward Fajarda,
04:45he promised to give confidential funds to Colonel Dennis Nolasco,
04:49which is not right according to some congressmen.
04:52In the end, it is a command responsibility.
04:56We can see that all of them are just obeying the orders of our Vice President.
05:06So in the end, if there is a violation of the law,
05:11if there is a need for an answer,
05:16our Vice President needs to take responsibility for the lack of it.
05:27If you use the budget for others,
05:31no matter how lawful it is, that is technical malversation.
05:36The congressmen said that they hope to attend the next hearing on Friday,
05:40between the hospitals of Lopez and Acosta, as well as Vice President Duterte.
05:44In an interview with BISEC, VP Sara said that she is watching her colleagues in the hospital
05:49so that they won't be able to speak against her.
05:52She was also asked about the transfer of funds from SDOs to security officers.
05:57Do you know why it is only P150 million?
06:00Because it was computed, what will be done in each month,
06:06and what will be implemented.
06:10P150 million is a very small amount.
06:15So why did we steal P150 million?
06:19What the government did was P1 billion.
06:21It was used for work.
06:23Joseph Morong reporting for GMA Integrated News.
