00:00I think definitely we want to be in a good position going to Dublin, but I think of course
00:09we want to start quick. I don't think there will be any element of surprise because I
00:13think Ireland will do the same to us. I think we both know what's at stake at this game
00:16and everyone has to be at their best and start strong.
00:20The Welsh FA have said that the crowd at the Cardiff City Stadium is set to be the biggest
00:24ever for women's football in Wales, so the players are hoping to use the atmosphere to
00:29their advantage.
00:30Yeah, just first to say that I'm really excited to play in front of that crowd, coming from
00:35a player angle, so a big thank you to those who have come out so far and have bought tickets.
00:41I think it's going to be an amazing game. I think you're going to miss out if you don't
00:47come to the game. I think it's amazing what we're doing. We're obviously representing
00:50Wales on the big stage and on the cusp of history. I think it's going to be a great
00:56game. So, no, excited from a player angle and obviously from the spectator lens as well.
01:02I think it's going to be a great game.
01:04It's hard to talk about the women's national side here in Wales without talking about Jess
01:07Fishlock. She's Wales' record cap holder and goal scorer and her presence on Friday will
01:12be a huge boost for the side.
01:14Yeah, I mean, you could say so many things about Jess. She's obviously a phenomenal player,
01:20a great person to have around. I think in terms of day-to-day, her standards don't drop,
01:26every time she's on the training pitch she delivers such a high level and that's great
01:31for us other players in terms of looking up to her and she drives the standard for all
01:36of us.
01:37I mean, it's great to have somebody like Jess. We know there's no hiding how important she
01:40is for us. She turns up for us in the big games and has the ability to do something
01:45really special for us. But, yeah, I'm sure Jess would say herself as well. We're all
01:51in this together and we need Jess as much as she needs us kind of thing. We're all together
01:56on this.
