Work to Newton Abbot's Queen Street 'substantially completed', say council

WORK to improve Queen Street in Newton Abbot has been 'substantially completed', Devon County Council (DCC) has said.
And with that work will pause from November 30 and resume on January 2.
The improvements delivered so far includes a new Pedestrian and Cycle Zone, two flexible loading bays and widened pavements.
