00:21With its approval, no entity or person in the country may deny or suspend services to
00:25natural and legal individuals, private entities, and state institutions.
00:30For his part, legislator Filiberto RodrĂguez rejected the interfering actions of foreign
00:34governments and invited the Nicaraguan people to comply with and enforce this law with all
00:39the legal instruments at their disposal.
