Transcript
00:00Glenn it's some years since the star and yourselves at Sheffield Boxing Centre
00:04embarked on a boxing against bullying campaign but you're at it again what
00:09sparked it what do you hope to achieve? Well what sparked it again is one of the
00:13kids in the gym getting bullied so I spoke to his parents and then it kind
00:18of like reignited the anti-bullying campaign that we used to do a couple
00:22years ago it's not so much a campaign but more of an awareness bullying
00:27awareness you know people making people aware of you know if your kids are
00:32getting bullied there are places and there are people to speak to to stop it and
00:35bullying does need to stop. And it's not about being a rough-and-ready boxer who
00:40will enforce their masculinity on a bully is it? No definitely not you know
00:44we go into school and kind of leave the school kids with a positive message
00:48which we go in and we talk about the bullying the effects of bullying and
00:51what it can do to you and even in later life and then we get the kids you know
00:55to put sparring you know all the kids have a spar with the pros or the
00:59amateurs and take away a positive day and then they go away you know having had
01:03a good time but the top and bottom of it is you know it's the anti-bullying
01:08awareness thing that we're trying to get over.
