00:10Head of the KPU, Muhammad Afifuddin, in Jakarta, explained on Monday, November 25,

00:22Afif insisted that the order was regulated in Article 163, Verses 6 to 8 of the Constitution,
00:29in which the candidate was declared a convicted offender and the court's decision was still in force,
00:34only then can he be suspended from his position.
00:59The case of gratification and compensation of Governor Bengkulu, Rohidin Mersyah,
01:13began with the KPK's arrest operation on November 23, 2024.
01:18From the OTT, the KPK obtained evidence of 7 billion rupiah worth of money,
01:22consisting of Rupiah, US dollars, and Singapore dollars.
