00:00Have you ever imagined a 3D show on your dining table?
00:03We are at Delhi's first ever immersive restaurant.
00:06How is it immersive?
00:08Let me show you.
00:09I'm coming to introduce to you, all the way from France,
00:12measuring 6 centimetres, the world's smallest chef,
00:16Le Petit Chef.
00:18Whether you are a foodie, a tech enthusiast,
00:21or just looking for one of its kind fine dining,
00:24this place has got you covered with its delectable elements,
00:28exclusive props, and entertainment,
00:32all blend with the magic of animation.
00:35This animated chef, meticulously prepares each course
00:39of the European cuisine menu, right before your eyes.
00:43Le Petit Chef has actually travelled the whole world
00:45and this is his first time in Delhi.
00:53The room set up for this 90 minute experience,
00:56can seat 32 with four guests at each table.
00:59What is like, coming on my plate?
01:01People love food, people love fun time,
01:04and people also love to have an experience of a cinema.
01:08So what we've tried to do is,
01:09we've combined food, fun, technology,
01:13and the element of cinema together on a show,
01:17which is called Le Petit Chef.
01:18Using 3D mapping technology,
01:21the guests were able to see the chef gathering veggies
01:24from the garden,
01:25or killing a lobster for a scrumptious meal.
01:28Nice, Bon Appetit.
01:42The experience may appear easy peasy,
01:44but it takes a lot to make it look this effortless.
01:50The first biggest challenge was
01:51to get Le Petit Chef to New Delhi.
01:53There were some technical challenges with,
01:55you know, customs and getting these projections
01:58and projectors all coming into New Delhi.
02:00There was a lot of amalgamation of technology
02:03with how we are going to project it with food
02:05and the other aspect of a hotel.
02:07It hasn't happened in New Delhi ever,
02:10so this was for us the biggest challenge.
02:12Every table has a projector smartly placed in the ceiling,
02:16well enough to confuse the viewer with the ceiling lights.
02:20The women can kiss the lobster if they want,
02:24and we all take photos.
02:32Is he alive?
02:33It's dead.
02:34It's very well presented and I must say that
02:38even though we don't know who the real chef is,
02:40the food has come out very well.
02:42They also had dry ice and then
02:45they put some hot water and then
02:47and then it was overflowing all over the tables.
02:51I like that.
02:52Actually, this is the first time
02:54I've seen all these things.
02:56I've never seen this.
02:57Sometimes it can be too easy, actually.
