00:00Guns, fake passports, nearly 40 people and an escape to Dubai.
00:05This is how these gangsters not just killed Sidhu Moosewala
00:09but also planned a hit on Salman Khan.
00:12They will kill Salman Khan here in Jodhpur.
00:15The story started in 1998 near Jodhpur.
00:19Salman Khan was shooting for Hum Saath Saath Hai in October that year.
00:23He came across a herd of black bucks while on a ride around Kankani village
00:28with a few other cast members.
00:30And Khan allegedly shot two of those animals.
00:34A police case was filed against him and he was later held guilty.
00:38Black bucks were considered sacred by the Bishnoi people from Rajasthan,
00:43the same community that gangster Lawrence Bishnoi was from.
00:47In 2018, Bishnoi first made national headlines
00:50when an alleged associate of his was arrested
00:53for allegedly trying to carry out a hit on Salman Khan.
00:56Four years later, Bishnoi returned to the headlines
01:00after the gruesome assassination of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala in May 2022.
01:06In the months that followed, Punjab police named 35 suspects.
01:10By September 2022, they had arrested 23 people and two were killed in an encounter.
01:17In June 2022, Salman Khan received a death threat in the form of a letter
01:22which said what happened to Moosewala would happen to him too.
01:26It was signed with the initials GB and LB,
01:30which many believed to be abbreviated for gangster Goldie Prar,
01:34based out of Canada, and Lawrence Bishnoi.
01:37Goldie Prar was clearly supported from the outside.
01:41His connections to the criminals outside are linked to that.
01:44We have exposed everyone in the investigation.
01:47In September that year, the sixth and final shooter in the Moosewala case,
01:52Deepak Mundi was arrested, along with Kapil Pandit and Rajinder
01:56from the West Bengal-Nepal border.
01:59Mundi and Pandit were moving from place to place
02:01after Moosewala's murder on Goldie Prar's directions.
02:04They had gone from Haryana to Rajasthan to Gujarat to Uttar Pradesh
02:08and finally to West Bengal,
02:11from where they were to be taken to a safe house in Nepal
02:14and finally settled in Dubai using fake passports.
02:18We have issued a red-corner notice against Goldie Prar
02:21through Interpol, with the help of Central Agencies.
02:25It was Pandit who told police that he had been roped in
02:28by Goldie Prar and the Lawrence Bishnoi gang
02:31to carry out the hit on Salman Khan.
02:33He had jumped parole in 2021
02:35while he was serving time for a Rajasthan murder
02:38and said he went to carry out a reiki to strategise for Khan's murder.
02:43He said he had also surveyed several possible locations
02:47for Moosewala's killing on orders from Lawrence Bishnoi.
