00:00Look, I know I'm a young guy, but I also believe that we need younger people

00:10What was on the ballot was a platform of love. And that's something we don't talk about
00:15enough in politics. And if you've been to any of our events, you know, I love talking about love.
00:20I think this win shows the country, don't count us out. Don't count out young people.
00:38My biological mother put me up for adoption at the most vulnerable point in her life.
00:43And like millions of Americans, the system had demonized and forgotten about her.
00:50My fight for justice never let up after that. So I got to work building a future that doesn't
01:02yet exist, but someday can working for the ACLU. And over the past two years,
01:09I've been a leader in the movement to end gun violence as the national organizing director
01:13for March for our lives.
01:21I'm not a wealthy guy. So I had to figure out a flexible way to make money to pay my bills. And
01:25so I started Uber driving from 10pm to 1am, 2am every night after campaigning.
01:31We deserve a Green New Deal. We deserve Medicare for All. Ending gun violence.
01:57Reimagining public safety. Good paying union jobs. No justice.
02:04You want to erase the truth to help some folks feel comfort, but you won't make a real effort
02:10to erase the real tangible things that makes people like myself and millions of others
02:14across Florida uncomfortable every day.
02:27At the end of the day, this is about the fight for everything and everyone.
