00:00In my personal story, it comes from the war, from the same war, a little bit, but 30 years ago.
00:20But the problem with all the war, it stays with us, in fact, it never really leaves.
00:2630 years ago, I was on the ground somewhere, and today I'm doing this parade in Paris.
00:30It's a path of mice, anyway.
00:34And this parade, the set design, it expressed a little bit that too.
00:38The mannequins that couldn't really walk well because of the wind, etc.
00:42It was a little bit the allegory of my path in life.
00:56I think what's happening to you today, since a week, it woke up the pain that was in me, but that I haven't digested until today.
01:12So this parade, it was a little bit the platform for me to say, to express that, this pain, also this beauty of survival in a way.
01:22I survived, I was lucky, in fact.
01:52It's a symbol, it's a symbol of taking a word, in a sense, visually.
02:06We do fashion, we do clothing, so it makes sense, in a sense.
02:12And we, Valenciaga, as a house, the only thing we could do is to offer the possibility of taking this word, visually, to everyone who is invited to this parade.
02:22Because we took our word and we took the position.
02:26We also wanted to give this possibility to others, symbolically.
02:30Because the people over there, where there is war today, they will see that.
02:34It's more of a message for them, a message of support that is very important.
02:39I feel very empty right now.
02:41I had a lot of feelings until this morning, and now I feel completely empty.
02:46But I think it's normal.
02:48It was a pretty heavy parade for me, in terms of intensity and emotion.
