00:34Hillary was the first tropical storm to hit Southern California in 84 years. One of the
00:39most affected areas was Palm Springs, California, which experienced flooded streets, debris flows,
00:44and a knocked out 911 emergency system. Many areas still experienced steady rain
00:49on Monday morning, but Hillary has since been downgraded to a post-tropical cyclone.
