00:19He also wanted Twitter to give him more information about bots and spam accounts that are on the site,

00:25Now, Twitter is reportedly planning on suing Musk to force him to complete the $44 billion purchase of the company.

00:32Musk could even be forced to pay Twitter a $1 billion breakup fee.

00:36If it turns out that the real reason he wants out of the deal is because the acquisition financing fell through.

00:42It's unclear what will happen next, but in pre-market trading on Monday and after all of the news,

00:47Twitter shares had already fallen about 5% and it is expected that they're going to continue to decline.
