00:33We figured we would just boil it straight down to actually it's just how much money
00:36you have sitting in your account right now.
00:39And it's fantastic for, you know, this kind of environment where you have, there's a concentration
00:44of wealth that's coming in here to look at art and you have all these sort of implicit
00:49wealth displays, whether it's actually the purchase of paintings or what have you, plus
00:55Miami is Miami.
00:57So it works really well.
