A young father from Calderdale, West Yorkshire, has spoken about the panic of being caught in a sinking car along with his 11-month-old son. Andre Randles had driven into what he thought was a shallow puddle in Todmorden during heavy rainfall, only to become stranded as his vehicle began to float and water filled the car. Moments later it was almost completely submerged.
