00:00In other news, a man was found dead on the spot after he was hit and run by two vans in Caintarizal.

00:07According to his relatives, the victim was just about to get the money he was about to sell.

00:18This man was waiting to cross the Ortigas Avenue extension in Caintarizal early this Thursday.

00:26When he arrived at the center island of the highway, he waited for a SUV to pass before walking.

00:32But before he could reach the other side of the road, a L300 van hit the man.

00:39He was also hit by the next white van.

00:43The next two vans were seen in another CCTV footage before the hit happened.

00:49The victim was found dead on the spot.

00:52We saw in the CCTV footage that the L300 van was fast to arrive.

00:58He was hit by the van.

01:00He was hit by the vehicle that was exactly in front of him.

01:05The L300 van hit him.

01:09His head was hit.

01:11His head was broken.

01:13And his arm was injured.

01:16The victim was identified as Narciso Fernandez.

01:19She was 75 years old.

01:20She was a Jaryo vendor and resident of Barangay San Tonino, Caintarizal.

01:25According to the victim's relatives,

01:27the victim was just about to get the money from the Jaryo market when the accident happened.

01:33What happened to my husband is painful.

01:41I can't accept that my husband was injured in that situation.
