00:47loss of the season down by eight spots all the way to have the number 14 yeah for me the focus
00:53and i'm sure this will surprise no one but it is georgia uh and it is again an atrocious job
00:58by the committee who at this moment they go hey can we get some head-to-heads to make this a
01:03little bit easier on us i can't do all this thinking the georgia bulldogs have three wins
01:09against teams ranked inside the top 17 much less the top 25 by 14 plus points they are they
01:18destroyed clemson they destroyed texas and tennessee comes into their building and they beat
01:24them by 14 and answered a lot of questions as to whether carson beck could play some good football
01:29against the viles defense that has been good this season and those three victories are three times
01:35as many as anybody else has in college football of that nature of beating a top 25 team by 14
01:42or more points i know they have two losses to on the road to two top 10 teams in old miss
01:49and alabama sure i'm probably extreme because i would rank georgia inside the top three i get that
01:55lisi 10th for the georgia bulldogs it's embarrassing it really is i think they're
02:00trying to show diversification across multiple conferences right keeping omis ahead of georgia
02:06the head to head matters and then the losses for the bulldogs they do in fact have two on the season
02:11will keep them at number 10 10 overall and obviously tennessee at number 11 i think the
02:16intriguing factor for me and i keep going back to this and i understand that they lost ohio state
02:21is having penn state ahead of indiana you know just the disrespect by not putting indiana number
02:26four overall the fact that they are undefeated even though will play out later today is where
02:32i have a problem and then the other two teams that we'll talk about right big games for smu on the
02:36road in virginia and byu like you mentioned that lost to kansas they face a red hot arizona state
02:42team something will give in terms of those spots 12 and 13 a little bit later today and will really
02:48be set up for a marquee ranking come monday night and let's make sure we look at what that projected
02:53cfp bracket would be you see us behind us here when you look at those top four spots what would
02:59be the opening round buys and the automatic births for the four highest ranked conference

03:56who would be the favorite in a potential college football playoff showdown all of that is true this
04:02is just the projected bracket after the third week of the college football playoff ranking yeah it is
04:06and you have to use point spreads and the head-to-head into you know certain types of
04:11denominators when we break this down uh especially entering week number 13 what's going to be
04:16interesting is depending upon how these games play out today kev right yeah what you know how far back
04:22does indiana move is should they lose you know where what happens to penn state what happens
04:27to a team like bwyu if they knock off arizona state and smu that's where really what i want
04:32to see in a team that really has no margin of error is miami right they're 24 and a half point
04:38favorites today against wake forest they have to win out they win today and then obviously
04:42next week against syracuse they're going to lock up an acc title berth so you know i want to see
04:48what transpires for margin of victory and how the committee then prices these teams in the college
04:54football playoff odds yeah look i think margin always matters i think it's the call and card of
04:58the notre dame fighting irish this season is what they've you know how much they've extended on
05:03teams but i think when you look at that projected bracket three of the four opening round matchups
05:08you would have again remember you'd be hosting on your building we know how much college football
05:13home field advantage matters no doubt three of the four teams would be home dogs we can't have
05:17that that's wrong that's getting it wrong and that's avoidable it really is it doesn't have to
05:22look like this and it does because the committee is at this moment it is rewarding easier schedules
05:29and i won't just pick on indiana penn state who has not beaten a soul my goodness that illinois

05:48card right now of how do we get respect from this committee is record and that means we didn't play

06:03come on man georgia lost all miss okay well alabama lost to tennessee and there's multiple
06:09teams separating them right now oh but the timing of it all they have short-term memory
