00:00I was at one of P. Diddy's freak-offs.
00:03Freak-offs.
00:04You saw celebrities there that you recognized.
00:07Mm-hmm.
00:08They were a rapper that we all know.
00:11Straight-up porn directed by Diddy.
00:13I'm just grateful to have made it out.
00:15Well, Tony Busby has made quite a name for himself filing some huge lawsuits.
00:20Most recently, we told you about the more than 100.
00:25I think you said 120.
00:26Well, 120 clients.
00:27Probably more.
00:28Clients.
00:29He hasn't filed all the lawsuits, but he is sending demand letters out in the Diddy case,
00:33settling some, we're told, filing lawsuits for others.
00:37So he is the most active attorney going after Diddy civilly.
00:42Right.
00:43But now he finds himself as the defendant in a lawsuit from one of his former clients.
00:49So she was getting divorced.
00:52Tony Busby was representing her, according to the summons.
00:55And she says she was in a public place when Busby came upon her in the middle of representing her
01:04and went into a fit of rage, according to her,
01:09and shoved a champagne flute into her face and chipped her tooth.
01:15She says she has medical records and dental records to prove that this happened.
01:22And now the dogfight, because Tony Busby says this is all made up, he says.
01:27Yeah, yeah.
01:28Tony Busby is saying, look, this is crazy fiction.
01:31Like, really crazy.
01:32Like, ridiculously crazy.
01:33That was his comment to us.
01:36He says he chalks it up to being a target now that he's filing all these cases against Diddy accusers.
01:42He's like, they're filing extortion cases, and I'm going to become a target.
01:46This is fiction.
01:47He's going to fight it.
01:48The woman's suit also alleges malpractice, says she was represented by him in a divorce case,
01:53lost millions of dollars as a result of how he represented her in that case.
01:56So it will get interesting.
01:57He's going to have to defend this as he would any other lawsuit.
02:00She is also suing for malpractice.
02:02She says that.
02:03Because of those decisions that came in the divorce case.
02:06Because of the connection with the divorce case.
02:08And it's very technical and complicated.
02:10But basically she's saying she lost millions of dollars because of what he did or didn't do.
02:17So again, Tony Busby is saying BS.
02:20But what's happened is in New York you have to file a summons showing your intent to sue.
02:26And then 21 days later you actually file the formal lawsuit with all the particulars.
02:31So my name is Trey Brooks from Atlanta.
02:33This is crazy.
02:34It seems like a lot of drama follows Diddy no matter what side of the aisle he is.
02:37That said, it kind of seems like a coordinated attack.
02:39But to be fair, attorney Busby is representing 120 victims against Diddy.
02:44This may be an attempt to intimidate him.
02:45But you have to question the timing of the victim as well.
02:48But I just hope everyone gets justice in the end.
02:50Yeah, I mean look.
02:51You can never tell from a lawsuit.
02:53And I think it's important to say this.
02:55People can file lawsuits.
02:57And everything in it may be true.
02:59Some of it may be true.
03:01None of it may be true.
03:02And you have no idea.
03:04You can't make a judgment just by a lawsuit.
03:08You've got to hear the evidence.
03:10You've got to see what the response is.
03:12So the real way of reacting to this is we don't know.
03:17I'm serious.
03:18That's the way you react.
03:19I know.
03:20That's so unsatisfying for people.
03:22Because you want to jump to conclusions.
03:24And that's one of the problems.
03:25You can't automatically believe or disbelieve it.
